Jadwal pendaftaran yang tercantum di situs penerimaan UI adalah jadwal yang berlaku. Jika ada perbedaan dengan jadwal yang tercantum pada poster/leaflet maka yang digunakan adalah jadwal yang tercantum pada situs penerimaan UI.

 

Tahapan Pendaftaran PPKB Paralel

Kepala Sekolah

  • Mengisi data sekolah

  • Mengisi data siswa yang akan diusulkan ikut seleksi PPKB (Siswa IPA yang ingin memilih Program Studi IPS, tetap mengisi formulir IPA)

  • Mengisi daftar nilai siswa untuk semester 1 – 5

  • Memberikan nomor pendaftaran dan password kepada siswa yang bersangkutan (didapatkan pada tahap 2)

Siswa

  • Memilih program studi yang diminati

  • Mengisi formulir pendaftaran untuk siswa

  • Mengunggah foto peserta berukuran 400 × 600 pixel

  • Membayar biaya pendaftaran Rp. 500.000 per siswa, menggunakan nomor pendaftaran PPKB

  • Meng-upload dokumen kelengkapan pendaftaran (seluruhnya digabung dalam satu file format PDF)

    • Hasil scan rapor: halaman data diri, halaman kelas 10, 11, dan 12 yang telah dilegalisasi (semester 1-5)

    • Hasil scan surat pernyataan yang ditulis tangan berisi penjelasan mengapa memilih program studi di atas

    • Hasil scan bukti prestasi akademik (jika ada)

Proses Seleksi

Kami hanya akan memproses jika data pendaftaran terisi lengkap dan setiap siswa yang diusulkan telah membayar biaya pendaftaran. Proses seleksi dilakukan berdasarkanperformance sekolah (prestasi alumninya di UI) dan kuota dari masing-masing program studi.

 

Syarat Pendaftaran Ulang

  • Lulus SMA

  • Lulus Ujian Nasional/A Level/IB Diploma

 

 

Steps for Talent Scouting Registration

For Headmaster

  • Complete the school details form

  • Create new registration, then complete the student information form for the student who are proposed for talent scouting

  • Fill the student's rank and scores

  • Give the registration number and generated password from step 2 to the student

For Student

  • Choose prefered program

  • Complete the registration form

  • Upload latest photo. The photo should be 400 × 600 pixels in size

  • Pay the registration fee (Rp. 1.000.000) using your registration number

  • Upload requisite documents (all combined into a single PDF file):

    • Scanned copy of the report pages for class 10, 11, dan 12 which have been legalized including the page which contains the student identity and score pages (semester 1-5)

    • Scanned copy of handwritten motivation statement

    • Scanned copy of any academic achievements

    • Scanned copy of TOEFL/IELTS certificate taken within the last year with minimum score of 500 for TOEFL and 5.5 for IELTS

    • (Optional) Scanned copy of any overseas college admission test certificate that has been taken (SAT/ACT)

 

Selection Process

Universitas Indonesia will only process the registration which have completed the registration form and have paid the registration fee. Selection is based on student performance and each school's quota.

 

Conditions for Registration (if the student pass the talent scouting selection process)

  • The student should have graduated from highschool

  • The student should have sucessfully passed the Ujian Nasional or A Level or IB Diploma
